Annual Supper, Auction and Fundraiser
The Supper and Auction Fundraiser has been scheduled for April 25th, 2020. Some great live auction prizes have already been gathered; from a host of firearms, crafts from local artisans, a golf the Lakeland package, a stay at Hamilton House and day of fishing on Cold Lake, and a fishing kayak. Along with this will be some silent auction prizes from many of the local businesses.
The supper will be provided by Three Sisters Catering , along with some appetizers from some of the club members. We have obtained the auction services of Cody Kurek and he will be auctioning off the aforementioned live auction items and of course the pick a gun live auction that features a choice of some very nice firearms. DJ Elle Rose will provide the entertainment after the auction.
There have been some inquiries as to whether the event will go ahead in light of the recent AHS advisory. At the moment it is a little early to make that kind of decision as we are six weeks away from the event and things can change. The organizers will monitor the goings on as they unfold and should the event continue as planned we assure you that extra precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of our valued members and their guests. If the situation becomes such that the best decision for the safety of the community is to postpone the event then those measures will be taken. We will keep the public informed through email and here on the website.
