The Alphonse Tremblay Memorial Fish Derby is set to take place at Willy’s Pond on Monday February 19th from 10am to 3pm. There will be prize for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for both adult and youth, as well as door prizes. Placings will be based on the overall length of the fish.

There will be hotdogs, hot chocolate and coffee supplied and the gazebo will be opened for people to warm up in if the weather is cold. St. Paul Fish and Game members will predrill the holes and will have a limited number of ice fishing sticks available for those who would like to try fishing for the first time. Because it is Family Day Weekend a license will not have to be purchased to try out some fishing.

St. Paul Fish and Game will be hosting this event and members and non-members are encouraged to come out and enjoy the day. Thank you to Darryl at Warehouse Sports for co-sponsoring this event.
